Administration

Bye-Laws

The Association has its own set of Bye-Laws. Every house and plot owner has to adhere to the bye-laws. In addition, every tenant resident in the colony is bound by the rules laid out in the Bye-Laws.

Maintenance

Maintenance is due by the 10th of each month. We collect the maintenance for the month in advance and the water bill for the previous month. So, for example, in December – we collect the maintenance amount for the month of December and the water bill for the month of November. The Mobile App – MyColonyPal is used for the maintenance collection.

Water Management

Security manages the release of both Manjeera and Bore water from time to time. In the event anyone needs water to be released at other hours, they need to call security/supervisor for releasing water. A mobile water tanker is also available which can be used during the time the labour is available.

Security Management

Security of the colony is outsourced to a 3rd party agency. They provide the security personnel (12 in total) for two shifts. They are responsible for manning the gates, distributing postal mail, helping with Independence Day and Republic Day preparations, catching snakes among other activities.
