The colony has a clubhouse – the main hall is used for colony events, meetings, morning Yoga by seniors etc. The restaurant area is used for serving food. There is a clinic room which currently houses all vessels, tables and other supplies. This room is also used by the seniors for Yoga in the evening. The EC office room is in the first floor. There is a guest room in the 2nd floor – rented out in case any resident needs the room during family functions etc. The clubhouse is given out for rent – the rental charges etc are based on the number of people attending – separate charges apply for electricity usage. The clubhouse must be booked upfront – it is rented out only for residents.
SBHOWA Office
The clubhouse houses the Office room for the Executive members to use for conducting meetings. This is located in the First floor of the clubhouse.
Multipurpose Hall
The Multi purpose hall is used for colony events, yoga and other functions. The room can be reserved by residents at a cost.
Restaurant
The clubhouse has a restaurant area for serving food during all events. Alcohol is prohibited.
Clinic
Although originally intended to be used as a health clinic, this room is currently used as a storage area for tables, chairs and utensils purchased for the colony. Yoga is performed by senior ladies in the evening.
